General Conditions of sale

  When you make the purchase in "deLucía dresses with flowers" we will prepare the chosen items especially for you. That is why our usual delivery time ranges between seven and ten business days. However, if you need your order more quickly, let us know and we will try to get it to you in time.

      Returns & Exchanges

  Since the garments are manufactured exclusively for your order, returns will not be accepted and only size changes can be made, this being limited to a single change.

  You will have 14 calendar days from receipt to make the change.

  The buyer must contact us from their customer account, by email or by phone indicating the new size. At the address indicated below, you can send us a shipment, which you must do on your own. Once the garment has been received and reviewed, we will send you the new one without generating new shipping costs.

  When the requested garment has measurements other than our size table at the request of the client, it will not be changed for obvious reasons.

  Changes or returns are not accepted in special headdresses, wedding band racks, baskets and baskets as they are also personalized items exclusively for the client.

   Neither will changes or returns of masks be accepted.

      Cremonia reserves

  In case of reservation of ceremonies, a fixed amount of 30 euros must be paid per child, which will not be returned in case of cancellation of the ceremony. This amount will be kept in case of change of date.
